Service was 5 star. Ranier was very helpful and gave good advise. We appreciate his concern when we came home late at night. Everyone agreed to rate this as excellent!

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Very nice villas with private pool and great view! We even met 2 girafs and other animals around the villas. The food is delicious and we had the chance to experience meat from the springbok, kudu and crocodile. Everything was very well organized for us by the owner of the Zarafa incl. activities (big 5 safari, panorama tour) and airport transfers.

Natalie is able to book tours/safaris with Kruger and other providers and gave great recommendations for travel routes and other activities after my stay at Kruger. The walk along the gate of Kruger is fun and filled with animals and the lodge is close to the Crocodile Bridge gate entrance. I appreciate that the lodge doesn't feed the animals as some others in the area do. There is plenty of wildlife in the park, best to leave it as undisturbed as possible. Great location, rooms, and staff!
