Nestled in the rural area of Oudtshoorn, it offers the perfect setting to relax by a beautiful pool while taking in the stunning mountain views. What stood out the most was the impeccable taste of the owners in decorating the space, creating a unique atmosphere and an incredibly pleasant experience. The staff was excellent, with prompt and thoughtful communication. It was my mother’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make her evening truly special. The dinner served on-site was absolutely delicious, and the spacious rooms, complete with powerful showers, added to the comfort. In summary, this was a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Thabile Lodge and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

Very friendly and helpful owners.

Our guide Christopher was very knowledgeable and experienced, therefore able to find so much game, big and small. The reserve is exceptionally beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset, when we had our game drives. The food was really exquisite, as well as the local wines which were included. Every staff member, from our guide, people at the restaurant, at the reception and the management where very attentive and friendly. We only missed out on the cheetahs, so definitely coming back one day!
