We haven’t done much around because of the short time we spend in the area and on 25th everything was closed. We arrived quite late for the check in because we drove from other village. The reception was closed but there was a kind woman who was expecting us. Gave us the keys of the rooms and some explanation about how it works the property.

Due to a problem with the lock on the original room we were staying in we were upgraded to a room in the main hotel which was really lovely.

Nice spacious ‘Twin ‘ room with a large new bathroom and it warm . Plenty of parking at rear . Receptionist Dawn & her Colleague her so helpful . Nothing was too much trouble . The hotel is only 25 mins ( max) from Cheltenham racecourse . Whilst there isn’t a restaurant in the hotel at the moment it is adjacent to 2 Indian restaurants and a Chinese takeaway . All very good !
