It was a very last minute reservation, but Eastin staffs managed to get us a room despite it was on Christmas (25th)! Valet request was also fulfilled. The room was comfy, the food was excellent! It was a great stay at Eastin. Looking forward to stay at Eastin again!

I stayed here for a total of 12 days for a work trip. The ambience and facilities were really good. The staffs especially the person in charge, Jason, was accommodating. I had a few troubles on my first day as I was new to self check in and the location. Jason was really helpful and guided me thoroughly. I encountered some cleanliness issues with guests for a day or two. The staffs were quick to address the issue. Generally, as a solo female traveller, I felt safe at this property too. At first, I never had high hopes on this property/maintenance as I paid a very low price for my stay in a private room at this place. However, it actually exceeded my expectations. Well done to the team! Highly recommended place to stay whenever you're in Penang!

As a stopover hostel this is perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds with light duvet, 2 soft pillows, air conditioning, hanging space. Clean linen and a clean towel, liquid soap provided in bathroom and a good hot shower - very close to room, so almost like ensuite. Free refillable water for bottles, a coffee machine for which you have to pay. There is a washing machine here also. It was difficult to find but we arrived early, look hard on Google maps this is flat 1H, just walk in the gate and you'll discover that it's a hostel.

No parking is available near the hotel. Have to park the behind of hotel seems like an unsafe area. Need to be pay extra for unsafe parking.
