It is probably the largest hotel room I have ever stayed at in Japan! I did not realize it was a love hotel when I made the booking. It was about 2.3 km from the train station but an easy walk or we could have gotten a taxi. The room was clean with an outside bath and large tub inside the large bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. Of course the love hotel amenities were there but that had no bearing on our stay or getting a great night's sleep. One of the two older ladies on staff spoke English very well and they we're quite nice. The only odd thing is that you must call the staff in order to leave the room or get back in. This is to prevent people from using the facility on an hourly basis and departing without paying. A bit strange and a bit of a pain but it was not really a problem for us.
