Under my expectation, room is too small and reception lady whom is non-english speaking is not aware of booking.com reserved booking, end up we spend lot of time communicate on our booking. However, on next day the breakfast serve is superb and our room got accidently locked & unable to open door inside where my hubby is outside and staff attended with prompt action to fix it. Good praise to 2 young lady staff (breakfast & reception) serve us on day 2 upon check out time.

Really clean and nice hotel. We slept really well, and despite reviews suggesting it would be noisy, we didn't hear a peep from other rooms. We went for our last night of honeymoon for a bit of a laugh, and were surprised by the quality of the room for such a low price. The jacuzzi bath was amazing!

The size of the room was amazing, and the private bath and large bed were very comfortable. The staff did not treat us any different from Japanese people. We felt very welcome. While this is a love hotel, the room is worth it. Staff will do their best to ensure your privacy as this is not a traditional hotel. The food is great, and there are tons of special services (like the 100 yen members card for more free food)

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well equipped. Location also perfect, nice quiet area only 1 min walk from a train station. Check in is not till 8pm, but I dropped my luggage with the staff and it was waiting in my room for me.

The thickness of the walls and how quiet it was in the room, I was able to get a full nights sleep without worry. I was even able to watch the morning news on the television without disturbing others. The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious.
