Crazy value for the price. The room is equipped with a lot of stuff, a great bathroom, and the reception also provides beverages. The room is two minutes by feet from the closest subway station. I was there with a friend and we spent the night enjoying the room and watching a movie, and then having a relaxing bath, it was great. I don't even understand how this place can charge so little for such a room (less than 70 euros for the night). The ladies at the reception were really kind and welcoming.

I was initially nervous about the hotel being a little sketchy given that it’s a love hotel. Don’t worry, it’s very nice and charming. We loved all of the amenities, the free drinks, massage chairs, etc. We had really sore feet after a 20000+ step day. The massage chairs and the hot foot ball tub (on 7th floor) were a great way to recharge. As for the neighborhood, it was very authentic, safe, less touristy and less busy. The area is less expensive, which leaves more money for sushi! Lots of cute restaurants, shopping, etc. We are thankful to have ended up there.

ok - so this is a love hotel. let me explain what this is to you as we thought it was just part of the branding. love hotels are effectively hotels you book predominantly to be intimate in. there are lovely 4 poster beds, big jacuzzis and saunas in each room. many locals book these rooms out for an evening (“a rest”) perhaps as they live with their parents / are having an affair (which is generally widely accepted in Japanese society). therefore people may seem a little nervous as they are checking in. we didn’t know all this. this is why they looked at us strange when we booked in for a week (sightseeing holiday in Tokyo). there are also (free) adult channels on tv and you can order things like flower petals for the jacuzzi bath etc. regardless, this hotel is perfectly located and beautifully presented, you will need to ask them to clean the room if you are staying a while. I think this is because it is super private and they asked if they had permission to enter the room to clean. this place is not seedy and you don’t see women of the night walking around etc!
