Location was excellent, very clean, interior very calm and pleasant.

I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel in Gyumri! The rooms and the hotel are very clean and well-maintained. Beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent — especially the omelette made fresh by the chef at the live cooking station. Absolutely delicious! The staff truly make this place stand out. From the reception to the cleaning team, everyone was extremely helpful, patient, and incredibly kind. A special thank you to Angin, who speaks perfect English and was always ready to assist with anything, and to Artur, who took amazing care of all the guests. They even made sure I got home safely — such a thoughtful gesture! I'm genuinely touched by their hospitality. A wonderful stay all around.

My recent stay at this wonderful hotel in Gyumri was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I set foot in the door, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality, which lasted throughout my entire stay. The hotel's friendly staff deserves special mention for their professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had, offering excellent suggestions for local activities and attractions. Their attention to detail and personal touch made me feel valued and well-taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast. Each morning, I looked forward to waking up to the mouthwatering aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a delightful spread of local and international dishes. The variety was impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. From the fluffy omelets to the scrumptious pastries and the refreshing fruit platter, everything was made to perfection. It was a fantastic way to start my day and fuel my explorations of the charming city of Gyumri.
