Rydges Fortitude Valley

Bowen Hills, Brisbane

Offering an outdoor pool and an onsite bar, Rydges Fortitude Valley is ideally positioned in the lively heart of the Brisbane Showgrounds precinct, only a short walk from the Royal International Convention Centre. The bed was AMAZING! And I will be ordering my own dream bed. The staff member on reception when I arrived on Sunday was absolutely fantastic and so extremely helpful and friendly. The room service dinner was delicious and the person who delivered it extremely helpful and polite, couldn't fault it. The room was well appointed, great view over the arena, peaceful and quiet and the curtains such that the room stayed dark till I opened them up. Again back to the staff member/manager on reception on Sunday, not only did she welcome me and made me feel special, she went above and beyond in just being a fantastic hostess. I hope this feedback gets back to her and she is used as an example of how all their staff could be trained.
