    It was our first stay at the W and booked it to have a luxury stay and boy was it luxurious. The check in staff were very friendly the room was absolutely amazing and the staff at lux restaurant were very friendly obliging and efficient! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning 😁

    My greeting from Neri set the tone for my stay. Warm welcome, friendly, highly professional, informative and helpful. Isabel in the restaurant provided 5 star service - again with that very special "something". The meal was Michelin star standard. I'd recommend the Duck as a main and the Duo dome as dessert. Just perfect! Bed was comfort perfection. And absolutely no noise from the airport to disturb a good night's sleep.
