United StatesThe Harbourview Inn was in a great location, close to/between Digby and Annapolis for local sightseeing. The owners were very helpful and friendly and gave us a good introductory tour of the premises. Everything was clean and nicely arranged with a sitting room if desired and a good breakfast area.
The breakfasts were fantastic, with a buffet of cold items (cereal/yoghurt etc) and also a different hot item every day (eggs benedict, bacon and eggs, etc).
There is a local beach and also a swimming pool a short walk away from the Inn that is shared with other house owners in the sub-division, which was really nice. Beach fishing is available without a license. and it is nice to be able to take a short walk in the mornings/evening to the beach either side of touring the local attractions. We took a lobster fishing tour that was a good experience and others were taking whale watching and other tours, all from Digby area. Annapolis is nice with its old fort and battle site and is worth a trip.

United StatesWe believe this might have been the finest B and B we have ever stayed in. Suzan has impeccable taste and truly exemplifies Hospitality. The Bailey House is warm and wonderful and the rooms so comfy. Her breakfast, full of homemade goodies were so wonderful. Also loved her Portuguese Water Dog, Lucy, who let you love on her while you were missing your own dogs. We cannot say enough!

Bathrooms exceed 5 star hotel standards. Maybe the best B&B we have come across in the maritimes. Digby is a perfect stop before or after ferry and a great bee to explore e coast of Nova Scotia. I loved the Napolean electric fireplaces, and the bed was super comfy. And that rainfall shower head was the bomb! Great staff, super friendly and helpful.
