The whole hotel is a great experience that’s worth living. From the reception team and the smooth experience that we’ve had since we showed up till the end of our 1 week long trip! The animation team is also great and they keep the fun activities going all day and night! pool is available as well as spa services too! I took a junior suite with swimming pool view. It was close to everything in the hotel as well not too much stairs as requested during my booking and they accommodated me. The suite Clean, nice staff and the buffet was amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Salah in the reception.

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

The stuff and service were exceptional! I've been at so many hotels and I've never seen anything like that! from the gentleman at the door to the hotel director everyone was extremely nice and helpful!
