We were on the second floor. There’s some construction going on next-door but just a little bit noisy but not that bad overall. We could’ve changed rooms but we didn’t and we were the only for two nights. It was actually OK.

The host and owner of the appartment is an absolutely charming lady who really wanted us to have the best stay. We were staying over Christmas and New Year and she had thoughtfully bought us each a small gift and even remembered one for our dog George. She also helpfully booked us in with her vet when George needed to get a particular treatment for his return to the UK. The owner truthfully is a lovely lady who you cannot fail to like. The appartment is also extremely well located in the old town of Oviedo and nowhere is that far away on foot.
