We were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe Family room which was superb. Room was tastfully decorated, well equipped and spotless. Everything looked new. Fantastic walk in shower and bathroom. Despite weather being -4 degrees outside the central heating (which you can control) kept the room toasty. Lovely buffet style full Scottish breakfast included. Friendly, helpful staff.
