A very friendly owners Mr. Nikos and his wife Rania. They are very helpful to their guests. The place is beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The suites where we stayed are very nice and modern and have comfy bed. And top of it a very romantic and spacious jacuzzi. The breakfast is good especially the omelet with pepper and corn. Ideal location close to airport, Fira, Red Beach, harbour for boating, Akrotiri, Pyrgos, Perissa, all within 15-20 minutes driving distance.

Excellent location a few minutes walk down a pretty, flower-filled lane to Perissa black sand beach. Boutique, adult only, quiet, felt safe & secure as solo female guest. Friendly and helpful staff. The room type I selected was one on the ground floor with pool access from my patio. I believe mine was #105, toward the far end of the property.

Each morning, a delicious homemade breakfast was delivered right to our villa, featuring perfectly cooked eggs and a spread of traditional Greek delights - fresh fruit, creamy Greek yogurt with honey, cakes and more. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket , pharmacy , bakery and mini market are on walking distance. Mrs Kalliopi is on top on everything , very professional , friendly, helpful and very generous.
