This is, by far, the best travel experience I've ever had. This hotel exceeds all expectations. Don't mind the bad reviews. I wish I could rate it higher than 10. It deserves it. First, as soon as we arrived, we got our room upgraded. Then, the hotel upgraded us to all-inclusive. We didn't ask for it - they just wanted us to be happy. Then, in our room, a free spa experience and massage voucher was waiting for u. The spa is amazing!! It was one of the best messages I got. On top of all the free upgrades, the hotel is simply beautiful. It is new and designed beautifully. It is spacious and super clean (you can eat off the floor). Everything was taken into account when they designed this hotel, with a great deal of attention to detail. The staff is super super super friendly and helpful - everyone! The food is wonderful! This hotel has a main room for food, like any other hotel. The food is good. But, if you ask me, any hotel's food is average. In this hotel, on top of the main room for food, they have 3 restaurants - Greek, Italian, and Latin. Eating in restaurants is included in the all-inclusive deal. The food in the restaurants is AMAZING! it is at a level of the top restaurants. So if you are a foodie, you are going to LOVE this hotel. The view from the room included the pool and the sea - it was beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, and the room itself is very well-designed. The hotel also has a great water park, a play ground, and a child center - all were wonderful. My kids loved it. To be honest, I can't think of one thing that isn't wonderful about this hotel.

Everything was exceptional. We arrived at airport and hotel transfer already waited for us, driver shared some useful information about the best beaches and how to get there. When we arrived to hotel, two glasses of prosecco and wet towels already waited for us. The hotel is super new and everything there is clean, new and working properly. The room was well designed and had everything we need. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, they always greet you with the smile and wiling to help you with anything you need. The breakfast was included and it has a lot of different food, so you definitely will have everything depending on your taste. The food is always added and refilled, so you won't have a situation that if you will come at the end of the breakfast hours and something will be missing. The beach is not very close to hotel, but this is not a problem if you have rented car, the bus is also going there, the bus stop is right at the main road close to hotel. I wish success and keep this level of hospitality further, the hotel is new and I got feeling that hotel staff is very motivated there to provide the best service.

It’s a short walk from the busy bars and restaurants of Faliraki. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need to make meals and be comfortable. The breakfast was very good with different things everyday. The most important part is it is very quiet and relaxing with 10-12 apartments and new. Everything is nice and works properly nothing is old and worn out. The pool area has lots of sun beds and covered cabanas with room for everyone.

Hotel was super nice and clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, food is good with some vegan options (!), pool is super nice and pool beds are super comfy, little shopping area at walking distance! Seen some reviews about hearing too much noise from the nearby hotels, although you do hear a bit of music or events, it wasn't loud enough to bother us.

I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.

very nice property, rooms are superb, we had a deluxe with private dipping pool, fantastic view. rooms are very well done, very modern bathrooms, spacious, very comfortable bed, great lighting, exceptional. close to historic center by car 10 minutes. Gourmet dining is worth it for the view, food and service and very reasonable. Dilyana was an exceptional server. Lynette runs an absolutely superb spa, be sure to to check it out and see her. kostas greets you and assist with luggage and seemingly anything else with charm and great insights.

    This resort is truly paradise! From the moment we arrived, the staff, with their exceptional attention made us feel most welcome. Our junior suit was stunning with breathtaking views and a pool that provided the perfect spot for relaxing days. We enjoyed the excellent restaurant selection and an exclusive wine tasting dinner event that left us speechless. We will definitely return to this luxury oasis - it's exclusive, indulgent and one of the best in Rhodes. Thank you for the memories!"

    Very beautiful boutique hotel with kids club. Extremely clean, very nice facilities, easy access to the sea, lots of swimming pools. Very welcoming staff, with special mention to rosy at the restaurant and Ivan, the monitor who put more than 5 stars in our kid’s eyes, all week long. We definitely recommend this hotel to every family that want to create great memories in an all in resort. Thank you Helea hotel!

    Amazing hotel really clean modern. Felt quite and not overly busy even though the hotel was full. We had a room with sharing pool which was really nice and meant you could have a lounger outside your room. Food was amazing lots of choices and really well managed and kept very clean, shout out to our breakfast waitress Kostanca who was so friendly and professional and quick to get us our coffees in a morning. We Requested to be in the same block as friends we were travelling with this was sorted for our arrival. 5 stars all the way
