Excellent location a few minutes walk down a pretty, flower-filled lane to Perissa black sand beach. Boutique, adult only, quiet, felt safe & secure as solo female guest. Friendly and helpful staff. The room type I selected was one on the ground floor with pool access from my patio. I believe mine was #105, toward the far end of the property.

EVERYTHING! Access to the beach, restaurants, bus stop, etc plus the complimentary breakfast and service was exceptional. The robe and slippers were a bonus. Even after we checked out we enjoyed the beach and I could shower before our flight home. The receptionist booked our ride to the airport too!

Very friendly, helpful and professional host. Argyris made the stay really pleasant and were always really helpful when we needed something. There are various activities that you can book through the Owner in the best prices. The airport pickup and drop off service was also top notch. You're walking distance away from the black beaches.The outdoor heated pool was the highlight of our stay and the quality of the breakfast ,which served daily in our Villa, was top!! The property was so great, the room was spacious clean comfortable and the air conditioner was a great addition. The breakfast was so nice every morning and the staff did everything they could to look after us in any way they could. The hot tub was lovely and the robes were a great touch. It was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. It’s very nice because it’s out of the way of Fira and Oia but also the bus is cheap and runs all day so access to the other towns is very easy and perissa is so beautiful with the beach and ancient ruins on the mountains. Thank you so much !! We will definitely be back, I can’t wait to come back.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. We had the pleasure pf meeting Anna upon arrival who was not only informative about the hotel but recommended the greatest places to visit in Santorini and thanks to her we didn't miss anything! The hotel had great aesthetic perfect for all kind of groups. Loved the private pool. Most importantly they had a islamic bidet.
