Everytime we need transfer or other information they were very helpful. Staff was super helpful they booked for us rest reservations and helped with anything we needed. breakfast was good and they have a bar/restaurant at all times. the room was nice and clean. We rented a small car so enjoyed hanging out in the quiet hotel outside the touristy areas , and driving to visit other villages/beaches/ rest when we wanted. Highly recommend

The best you can find We had the most delightful vacation here. The suit was designed with taste, and well equipped as well. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The view is exactly like the pictures, just as advertised, incredible! The price for the view, the room, the comfort and the welcoming staff is not bad at all! Very affordable for what you get! Eva at the front desk was wonderful, she really made our stay one of a kind. Every staff member was professional, warm, kind, helpful, and welcoming! They make all the reservations for you, a you have to do is let them know what you’re like to do while on the island, that includes Ubers/taxis/dinner/ anything at all. We didn’t lift a finger. Not only would I recommend this place, but I will come back here every time I stay in Santorini. It really is one of a kind!

We had an amazing stay at the Santo Mangata Boutique Hotel! The hotel was opened just a couple of months ago, so everything is brand new. The kindiness of the stuff is beyond any words! The pool area is beautiful and chilled, with a big enough pool and comfortable sunbeds. The bartender makes great cocktails! The hotel is just 5 minutes walking to the beach.

We visited Elessa Hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect hotel to completely switch off from our busy lives and really enjoy our time away. The village of Pygros is much quieter than the busy towns of Fira and Oia which were still easily accessible via taxi or bus for visiting. We loved the hotels pool area with some impressive views and a relaxed feel. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and all very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The sunrise view from the hotel is amazing, to see the sunset you can take short walk up to the castle of Pygros and many of the local restaurant /bars have views towards the caldera and Fira. The private pool/hot tub on the balcony is an extra bonus. The breakfast menu is varied with all bases covered depending on your preferences , everything is made fresh and cooked to your order. We had an excellent stay at Elessa Hotel
