If I could give the hotel and the staff itself a 12, I most definitely would. Absolutely stunning resort, beautiful layout, plenty of activities, very friendly and helpful staff. Food at the buffet (20€) is absolutely lovely with great staff. The sea is stunning!

Such a cozy, beautiful and clean apartment! It has cute interior, amazing view on the fort. At the same time it has conditioners, kitchen appliances are of a good standard. Also, the host was great. Matija was welcoming, helpful and friendly! It’s about 12 minutes to the center but the fastest way goes through a long staircase, so keep that in mind. Overall, great experience, we loved staying here.

This property is beautiful. It’s right off the main promenade in the old town. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable, and I love the design of the room. The staff was wonderful from the housekeeping employees to the front desk. I’ll be back!

The location was phenomenal. Right in the heart of the old city, but on it's own in a quiet side street. Walking distance to everything. It was perfect. The hosts welcomed us as old friends and told us everything we'd need to know without rushing and giving time to answer questions. They even told us of a local food festival we were able to attend that was one of the highlights of our stay. They were available the whole time to answer any questions or issues we may have had. Communication was great. If you are on the fence about staying here, do it. You won't regret it.

    The apartment is luxury jewellery with perfect location. Bus stop is literally next to the front door and for just 5 minutes you could be in the heart of the old town. Everything is brand new, sparkling clean and super comfortable - It’s like you’re staying in 5 stars hotel but with the benefits of having fully equipped kitchen and getting precious hints for your stay from Ivo. He is amazing host answering all my questions and always available - I wish all of hosts were like him!

    Great great location : the sea under your bed! You can go by a ladder from the coast in the sea (don't foregate a masque there is a lot of fish). A pool for two appartements ( useful if you are afraid to go in the deep sea), a wonderful breakfast served like in a 5 stars hotel , but just for you, in front of the sea. Every detail is luxurious in the appartement. 10 minute with an uber from the city center.

    This is a truly amazing 5 star hotel. We stayed 4 nights in July and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed by the pool all day and enjoyed waiter/waitress service, fresh towels, piped music and great views out to sea of boats passing by. Breakfast was amazing, great choice and you could tell it was a Michelin starred chef who prepared the fresh hot food. Beautiful garden areas to sit and relax. Make sure you take photos from the top of the property at night with it all lit up. We highly recommend the Palace Natali.
