I liked the food choices for breakfast and dinner. I also liked the attitude of the staff towards guests. Not so much the very young beach boys as they were arrogant but I guess they were interns with no experience and no international travel experience so I forgive them. The hotel overall definitely needs a good review. To me the beach with its facilities and the beach bar was the most important and OMG! the waiters at the beach bar at Lungomare were EXTREMELY kind. Even with magnifying glass you wouldn’t be able to find such a waiter with such a positive attitude like that man who was smiling AAAAALL day with all kinds of guests. In that heat in his age it is an extremely hard physical work, so my respect goes to him. 😊 The breakfast options were also stunning. The eggs somehow tasted much better than in the previous 5 star hotel we have been to. 🥹

Super clean and modern, looked newly renovated. Spacious room with convenient mini kitchenette. Ideally located right by many shops, restaurants and historical attractions. A very secure place to stay with main street entrance lock, secondary locked door to 3 apartments area and then your apartment door lock. The apartment was exceptional as is the host, Klarin who met us at our bus in the rain at night with umbrellas and drove us to the apartment. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to the old town and ferry port. It is very modern with all excellent necessary facilities and more, including extra towels a comfortable lounge and bed, air-con in both the living area (plus ceiling fan) and bedroom, great coffee/tea selection and water, beer and snacks. The best shower with a good flow of hot water and an efficient washing machine (and clothes rack, iron and ironing board) Entry to the apartment complex was with keypad codes so did not have to worry about keys.

Everything! Martina is super nice and so kind person. She asked about our arrival details and she guide us in Pula since the first moment. The room was perfect, clean, with light and air. The bed was super comfortable, we really rest so well. The breakfast was delicious, very generous, with eggs, a lot of fruits, bread that Martina prepare herself, is buffet. The room was so close to the center, good located. She always answered our questions and give us recommendations of places to visit in Pula. I'm really recommend Aurora rooms, I will definitely come back :)

    Hotel was perfect located and decorations were very tasteful . the hotel has a lot of potential to become outstanding , but management need to train people better to fit the image of the hotel. People working are very nice and helpful but have no clue what it means to work in 5 start hotel.
