The staff was very polite, from check-in to restaurant, spa and cleaners. Huge breakfast and dinner buffet but also lots of items to chose from the menu including great cocktails. I loved the spa with complimentary sauna and the massages I had were really lovely. Nice to use the resort as a base for some hikes around the area, but also worth to stay at the location to get some rest with beautiful view to the mountains and Kathmandu valley.

Really great service. A beautiful spot nestled in the hills. We booked three nights to relax and unwind here, but if you wanted to get out and adventure they had a bunch of options available. The amenities from the pool, hot tub, restaurants etc were all 10/10. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The room was spacious and very clean with our own balcony for a sunrise view over the Himalayas. We loved our time here and would definitely come back.

Great Location Close to Nature and Away from city noise. Front desk staff Shruti is great help and amazing at her job. All the staffs are polite and accommodating. S lounge at top floor is recommended for city view and must try Masala Tea if you are tea lover.

Beautiful rooms, absolutely beautiful view, sunset helipad was amazing as well. Staff was very very nice. Spa and sauna facilities were great as well. We were taken on a hike personally by the staff, which we loved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pahan Chhen in Kathmandu, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by how they mix the modern design in a historic home in Durbar square. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of Patan durbar square. The bed was incredibly comfortable I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed the location, the proximity to so many other interesting sites, the breakfast, the staff, and the room. I also really liked the Piano Piano Italian restaurant that is dowstairs and has both indoor and outdoor patio seating.
