The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people.
Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

BulgariaWe liked the location of the hotel. It was close to a metro station and it was also close to the old town of Doha. We absolutely liked the size of the suite and its furniture- very clean, stylish and with very modern colours. The bed mattresses and the pillows were very comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the suite with coffee capsules. The breakfast was abundant and everything we tasted was very fresh and tasty. At breakfast they serve a lot of salty and sweet options. The hotel staff were very polite and responsive. They accommodated our questions and requests in a very efficient manner.

Our room (3bdr) was enormous, always a struggle with our 4 kids (3 of which are teens), but we had more than enough space in our apartment. Very highly recommend.

SerbiaThe staff were all so kind, helpful, ready to arrange whatever we needed - Rose was our server at breakfast for most of our 6-night stays, and their service is unpaired. They arranged a breakfast alteration for each dietary restriction my husband or I requested. Ramzee is an incredible manager and he makes each guest feel welcome and settled.
The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the balcony views are incredible (at least ours was from the 11th floor).
We will be back and gladly recommend this location to all - Pearl is a beautiful part of Doha to be in. 😍

We arrived very tired and were greeted by Viktoria, who took great care of us. Laura also was helpful. As we waited for our flight in the Baraha Lounge, we were well taken care of by Felia, who went the extra mile to give a very good memory of Mandarin Oriental Doha. I would highly recommend MO Doha as a luxury hotel.
