The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I was welcomed with some ghawa and dates. I love the traditional look that meshes in with the souq. The staff are amazing, very helpful, very kind and very friendly. They always offer to help with anything. The room was clean, spacious and just as shown on the pictures. There is a huge courtyard that was outside my room, which added some privacy on the trip. I felt like I had my own space. I like that the rooms are on ground level but also the whole place is very quiet which was blissful. I was even given a plate of some sweets and a bowl of fruit, which was appreciated. My first morning while heading for breakfast, I noticed that the restaurant opens out on to the beach as well as the hotel being part of the souq! This was the absolute highlight! Everymorning I would go and put my feet in the water! The breakfast selection at the hotel is great! There is something for everyone! Big shout out to Chef Rosemary, she makes the best cheese omelet! Overall, an exceptional stay at Souq AL Wakra Hotel! I have recommended the hotel to friends and family! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and excellent hospitality from all the staff.

We stayed here during our anniversary, and it was truly a special night. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is exceptional—right in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, so we could walk around and explore with ease. The view from our room was stunning, and we especially loved the fresh flowers in the reception area. What made our stay unforgettable was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel staff: flowers, balloons, and even a delicious cake! They really went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. Highly recommend this place for a romantic stay or any special occasion. Amazing service, amazing location...thank you for making our anniversary so memorable! Really liked the hotel! Everything was amazing! Delicious breakfast, great selection of drinks and food. Cleanliness, swimming pool, gym - included. The stuff is great! This hotel is located 15 minutes by car from the airport. We took a taxi at the exit on the left from the arrivals area (green cars), paid 45qar to the hotel, 27qar from the hotel to the airport.
