Our stay at Le Premier was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is tastefully decorated and without exception, the staff are friendly and eager to please. We were received with tea as a welcome drink and refreshing towels. Lily in particular went above and beyond to assist us in planning transportation for our further travels across Vietnam. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the whole hotel was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility in hectic Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately. We have stayed at several hotels in Hanoi in the past, but we will definitely stay at Le Premier if we come back to Hanoi in the future.

The staff was very professional and helpful. They accommodated our needs easily. I'm sad we only stayed one day. The location is fantastic, very convenient, lots of commerce around. The manager, Ms Nancy even contacted us via WhatsApp to sort out details.

Where to begin… our stay at CLASSYC Hotel made our trip. It was absolute perfection, Jennie and the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place has a great vibe and is clean and beautiful. Not to mention the included BREAKFAST!! This was a huge perk and the food was really delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Great location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter for our 6-night stay.. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites, and steps to the food and beer streets, and lots of great restaurants. The hotel is freshly done and modern. Ultra clean. Great breakfast available if you like, as well as a downstairs spa. All super good. The staff made our stay even better. So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.

    I had a wonderful stay at La Siesta for 2 nights. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever. The restaurant serves superb food and the pool and the ground floor is ultra clean and refreshing. A special thanks to the lovely Quynh for making my stay unforgettable and for making the penthouse sweet available to me. The penthouse is worth paying for. It's very luxurious as are the other rooms. Thank you for making my stay in Hanoi wonderful!

While not luxurious like a 5-star hotel, it perfectly represented the beauty and friendliness of Vietnam. The receptionist and the entire staff exemplified the essence of Vietnamese hospitality, giving guests a genuine understanding of Vietnamese culture. I highly commend the hotel for their exceptional service and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
