Felt like home!! Soni and his team is amazing. They speak a great English, Soni went the extra mile for us in every possible way. Soni already reached out ahead of time and told me everything I needed to know. He helped us with the dropoff so our bus stopped at the hotel and we didn’t have to pay extra for the taxi from the bus statuon. We could check in early after the night travel, the room was squeaky clean, we got fresh fruits, nuts and water, tea! The room is even better than on the pictures, the breakfast is freshly made and abundant. Also, Soni arranged for taxis, tickets and a full day program for us! If you book this hotel while in Sa Pa, you have to worry about NOTHING, Soni’s got you!

The best hotel in Sapa. Very clean, the bedrooms really big with amazing view and the beds very comfortable. Thousands of choices for the delicious breakfast. The staff really polite and helpful. Everything, The staff is excellent. The hotel is superb, location, facilities everything. The pool is heated and amazing. I was blown away by the interiors of the entire hotel. Very old school fashionable. I celebrated my 50th birthday here and it was memorable. They even sent a cake to my room. I would love to go back again in the future.
