It felt like home from home with upmarket facilities. The staff, especially Adam, were so warm and engaging. The meals were excellent too. Our bathroom in room 11 was a treat.

The staff was so lovely and caring. Such heartwarming people. The lodge was kept super clean and neat. The breakfast with its selection of warm dishes was just perfect after an early safari game drive. Pool and bar was convenient to hang out. Atwell, the waiter at breakfast was our highlight - he made our stay 110% worth it!

Breakfast was really nice. The highlight for us during our stay was the staff, absolutely every member of staff was so kind, thoughtful and a joy to chat to. The ground staff were brilliant in making sure the grounds were always immaculate and seeing the familiar and friendly faces in the restaurant and bar staff really improved our stay dramatically. The spa treatments were also such a massive highlight!! Also, the reception staff made our stay so stress free and free flowing, we can't thank them enough for all their help in accommodating us and taking care of any activities and travel bookings. But most importantly, we're going to miss the ducks.
