The staff is incredible. we would like to mention the tours manager Grace who was very sweet and helpful! she did everything she could to organise our trip and excursions. we had a wonderful spacious room with balcony with Jungle view. simply stunning! we ate twice at the restaurant, which was very good quality food and wine. .

Excellent AC and shower facilities. Hotel sits only 100m away from the bus station (for an interprovincial trip, or if you want to go San Ignacio ruins), or 150m away from local public transport, making it easy to reach the city center. Supermarket 3 minutes away. Very very generous and affordable portions at the local restaurant. All in all this is a solid 10 for a nice hotel.

The view, the location, the staff... we couldn't have felt more pampered and taken care of. Worth the money for what you get.

Falls Iguazú Hotel & Spa is set in the 600 Hectareas district in Puerto Iguazú, 700 metres from Shopping Mall. The facilities were great, the breakfast was very complete, the room very comfortable (unfortunatelly we had no balcony, didn't have an option with balcony for my kind of room when booked). Excellente service.
