The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the views were stunning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. Ideally located in a more peaceful location of the town, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive staff. Very clean and tidy. Not very far from the train station and a 100m away from the bus station. We had a very pleasant stay !! An amazing view of fairy tale Grindelwald!

Located near the Pfingstegg and First ski lifts or next to the Oberer Gletscher, these holiday apartments have well equipped kitchens and private terraces with views. The view and apartment condition, I cant complaint anything , service was really good

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The hotel is very beautiful, but the attention of the staff was incredible, they explained everything very well, they served us with patience, even some of the staff communicated with us in Spanish. I would definitely return.
