Situated 1.3 km from Parque Araucano, The Place, features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. What a gem!! This place is so comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful. Paid laundry downstairs is clean. Rooftop is lovely too, but the wifi doesn’t work up there. Short walk to good restaurants, or eating in is nice and simple. We would happily stay again.

The hotel has direct access to a mall with several restaurants, is located in a central area and has an spendid view of the mountains. Not my first stay at this hotel...

We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

Hotel Magnolia Santiago is a world-class hotel located just steps away from the trendy Lastarria neighborhood in downtown Santiago. It is a classy, beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean. It’s in downtown and within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets/stores and restaurants. Feeling safe in the area. We felt welcomed the moment we got off the cab front of the hotel. Breakfast was great - eggs are made to order and enough choices and variety to kick start the day. The staff were friendly. They spoke good English. Would definitely come again when visiting Santiago again

The staff were very friendly and helped anyway they could. The location is beautiful and the fresh air is nice. The food was top notch. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go.

Ideal location next to the train station so easy to get about Santiago.It has an outstanding buffet breakfast, great service, a fantastic pool/spa on the top floor with sublime sunset views on its terrace and luxurious rooms. The staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Jonathan on reception was brilliant and so friendly , really going above and beyond to help us. Christian on the door/concierge was a great welcome after a long flight and always helpful with advice on where to go out. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat
