The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

Steven speaks English and helped us a lot booking tickets to the parks and mountains and organising our trips, making our stay hassle free and enjoyable. They also provide free transfer from the airport.

Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do.
