We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The staff truly made our stay special. When the wonderful woman at the reception found out we were on our honeymoon, she arranged a lovely wedding cake and a room upgrade for us, which was such a kind and thoughtful surprise. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is in a great, central location in a safe and secure part of Cairo. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a huge variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water, tea, and coffee. We also enjoyed the small pool, which was a nice place to relax and never felt overcrowded. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

JAZ Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and... Very nice four-star hotel resort, with nice and helpful English speaking staff, a clean pool and clean and large, cozy rooms (we actually had two rooms as we were uograded to a suite upon arrival!) Thank you! The resort is located close to the Grand Egyptian Museum (by car!) and the great pyramids of Giza. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible, offering extras like bottled water and tours from and back to the hotel without being too pushy. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk, and the entire F&B Staff and Management for the special treatment when we were in need, and of course the concierge/limousine service for their assistance throughout our stay!

Everything was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, and the housekeeping came every day to keep the room fresh and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making sure we were comfortable. They even gave us a special discount as newlyweds, which was such a lovely surprise! The location is also excellent — it’s in Downtown Cairo, close to everything we needed: restaurants, gift shops, and nice places to walk around and explore together. We really enjoyed the quiet environment, the comfortable room, and the warm hospitality. It’s a new, well-organized, and charming hotel, perfect for couples or anyone who wants to relax in the heart of Cairo. We’re so happy with our stay and truly thankful to all the staff for making our honeymoon so memorable! 🌸🇪🇬

We had to leave early so they boxed breakfast for us . That was really kind and helpful. The hotel is new, clean and tasteful. It is an oasis in an area that is a little run down…. That’s the way it is for the hotels near the pyramids . Our room was quiet and spacious and tastefully decorated . The hotel is next to the staging area for the camels and horses. I liked seeing the camels hunker down for the evening . Also, when we woke up, a herd of goats was feeding nearby. It is an easy walk to the pyramids, as well. This hotel seemed like the best, reasonably priced option if you want to be close to the pyramids.

I stayed for one night with my partner and neom exceeded expectations, they upgraded us to pyramid view and late check out for no extra charge, plus all the staff was so polite and helpful. They also arranged a great pyramid tour guide for a lot cheaper than what we found online, so all in all I give my stay at neom a 10/10 would definitely use again
