All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is in a great, central location in a safe and secure part of Cairo. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a huge variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water, tea, and coffee. We also enjoyed the small pool, which was a nice place to relax and never felt overcrowded. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making sure we were comfortable. They even gave us a special discount as newlyweds, which was such a lovely surprise! The location is also excellent — it’s in Downtown Cairo, close to everything we needed: restaurants, gift shops, and nice places to walk around and explore together. We really enjoyed the quiet environment, the comfortable room, and the warm hospitality. It’s a new, well-organized, and charming hotel, perfect for couples or anyone who wants to relax in the heart of Cairo. The property is set less than 1 km from Great Sphinx, 1.8 km from Giza Pyramids and 15 km from Cairo Tower. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We had to leave early so they boxed breakfast for us . That was really kind and helpful. The hotel is new, clean and tasteful. It is an oasis in an area that is a little run down…. That’s the way it is for the hotels near the pyramids . Our room was quiet and spacious and tastefully decorated . The hotel is next to the staging area for the camels and horses. I liked seeing the camels hunker down for the evening . Also, when we woke up, a herd of goats was feeding nearby. It is an easy walk to the pyramids, as well. This hotel seemed like the best, reasonably priced option if you want to be close to the pyramids.

They also arranged a great pyramid tour guide for a lot cheaper than what we found online, so all in all I give my stay at neom a 10/10 would definitely use again

The property was majestic. The location is optimal, the neighbourhood is one of the best in Cairo, repaired from the chaos of the city, but at the same time rich in possibilities for the evening. The room was just perfect, big, clean and with all the amenities needed ( also a washing machine ). The personnel was super helpful and available for everything needed. Breakfast was very nice, good food served in a beautiful terrace. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
