Next to the hotel is the area where camels and horses are being fed and come to rest after a long day, and thus helps creating the vibrant atmosphere surrounding the hotel. What made this hotel special for us is the people working there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they did everything possible to make us feel at home. Also, the mega friendly hotel manager helped us with arranging the transfers to and from the airport and organized the excursions we did. This hotel is highly recommendable for couples and families.

The hotel is situated on upper floors of an old building, it has had extensive renovations, the rooms are lovely but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Moataz on reception, he called ubers for me, helped with language difficulties. I cannot speak more highly of his great skills. The breakfast was super good, ample food and varied with choices. Zamalek is easy to walk.
