Huge room and really kind, helpful staff. Special thanks to Aya at reception and Doaa from catering, they made our stay better and always made sure we were comfortable. The private horse ride to the pyramids was amazing (book it through the hotel). The rooftop view was beautiful, and New Year’s Eve felt magical with all the fireworks. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

Hotel is new with good facilities. We stayed here twice during our stay in Cairo. Room was always well maintained, the family suite was spacious and a perfect retreat after a busy day in bustling Cairo. Lovely staff contingent who were always happy to help and graciously assisted us with a late check out since our flight out was at 2am.
