Everything, the staff is the best staff i ever seen and i did stay in many many of 5*-hotels. their attitude and support is outstanding. Also, their smile is a big bonus where we felt like home. Also, the best location where everything is walking distance. breathtaking ocean view from the room. outstanding lobby with ocean view and excellent service and coffee (by far the best americano coffee in that area)

The Zinema7 is themed around cinema and the San Sebastian Film Festival. Each room offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV’s and is dedicated to an actor or director who has visited the city. it was in a good location. the reception staff was excellent, and a big help. the restaurant was clean, with great food. a bus to old town was across the street, as was a bike rental. we rented e-bikes there, and took bike paths around the city
