Main outside pool crystal clean, with children play area and mini pool just beside the big pool. All personnel very friendly and helpful. I only have positive words about the whole experience. As an advice to the tourists (the following might sound obvious but it does happen): don't forget your things in the safe! I did and had to taxi fast, right from the check in desk at the airport, to retrieve them. Thankfully with a phone call on the way to the hotel, they were able to quickly help me with this situation so it only took 1 minute to recuperate my stuff and get back to the airport in time (by the way: taxi drivers are really helpful too). Thank you!

The rooms and the building are amazing. The rooftop is gorgeous with loungers and a jacuzzi. The views from the room are breathtaking right on the beach and the location is perfect to go anywhere in Ibiza town. Also, the staff couldn't be nicer. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed on my travels!

We had a few issues during our stay, but they were resolved quickly and in the best possible way. We felt supported and appreciated throughout our time there. We would especially like to thank the hotel receptionist, Ismael, for his outstanding service and care. He went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back!
