Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. This is a great location and once they are finished with the restoration it will be exceptional! I love the idea of turning a farmstead into varying self catering accommodations. The setting was perfect! The room we stayed in was huge! It was clean, the shower had great water pressure and temperature control. The bed was comfy too. We enjoyed walking around the property. There's a washer and dryer on-site too that appears to be free to use.

This romantic 4-star country house hotel offers views from each bedroom. It offers a Scottish dining and local seafood in the property's restaurant with a choice of menus. WOW! The room was extremely comfortable with stunning views. We had dinner and a breakfast package. The food exceeded our expectations.

He text to give us very clear instructions on how to access the property and make arrangements for collecting the keys. He met us to give us the key, was available on the phone prior to and during our stay and answered any query we had immediately. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was very warm and we were shown how to control the heating. Milk, soft drinks, biscuits, toiletries and towels were left for our use. Extra bedding was provided in case we needed it. Area was very central but felt safe at night. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a nice bottle of wine overlooking the bay & had a chance to chat with our host. Our 20 something daughter& her boyfriend enjoyed it as well
