First, the hotel is very easy to find since it is on the main road. We got a free upgrade to a room with the sea view, and the view is better than the photos of it. There is a lot of free parking space. The staff is excellent, nice, always smiling, and very responsive. Everything and everywhere is super clean. The room 212 is big and bright, the bathroom beautiful, the balcony is fantastic with a continous breeze of a refreshing air. There is a lot of different trees which make the hotel even more sophisticated, like from an episode of Poirot. The pool and its surroundings are very nice and exotic. Restaurant and the food is great, always fresh, and always refills. Breakfast is everyday the same, but with lots of choices with free juices, milk, water, and stuff from the espresso machine. The dinner changes and has that greek charm and taste. Also, the water is free at the dinner. What else to say... Ah, yes, the beach is in front of the hotel. I wish that every hotel is like this.

Tarrase is comfortable and You can see Kavala downstairs. Apartment is big and 5m high so You can feel plany od space spending time inside. It was 300 m to the beach and restaurant.

It is situated 200 metres from Town Hall and offers a lift. The property is non-smoking and is set 3.6 km from Casino Thraki. We found a last-minute booking with same-day reservation in mid-February. The location of the house is so great, it’s right next to all the attractions. We walked everywhere. Although there is no parking, our host Niko took us to a public parking space, and our car was safe there throughout our two-day stay. Niko even made a reservation for us for Valentine’s Day. He was very helpful. The bedroom has a terrace with a direct view of the sea, and it was amazing to sleep without closing the curtains and wake up with natural daylight. There’s also a large terrace accessible from the living room. Even in the middle of winter, it was beautiful. The house was heated very well with the air conditioner. We would love to plan a longer trip in the summer. Both Alexandroupoli and this house will be even more enjoyable in the summer months.

Everything is perfect. Nina is incredibly helpful. She fulfilled all our requests instantly. A very calm and beautiful bay. We had an amazing four-day vacation away from the noise of babies and children. Everything is newly built, extremely modern, high-quality, and beautiful. The prices at the beach bar and restaurant are very reasonable. We will definitely come back.”
