Nice shower & daily cleaning, modern elevator and a warm sunny balcony were the plus to give 5 stars. They also prepared a welcome fruit basket, wine and snacks. We booked it at the last minute so the price was a little above our range, but we had such a nice stay so we can’t complain.

When we arrived we were booked for an economy room but because my wife and I were on our honeymoon we were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was so nice of them. The amenities are great! We used the gym and sauna multiple times. The beds are also so comfortable and the sheets are very soft. The room itself was beautiful and felt luxurious and clean. The restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast is so good with a wide variety of options. But the biggest highlight for us was all the staff. They were very kind and passionate about providing a great experience for their guests. Some of the best staff members I have ever seen at a hotel. So I thank them for everything. The location is also great as it is right outside the busy and very nice old town. If you are staying in Chania, look no further as this hotel is your best option.
