I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel. The view of corner suite is perfect. The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me. I totally reccommend this hotel! (Hope to experience the club lounge. Every staff is so fluent and so nice.)

Located 0.9 km from City Plaza, EAST Apartments provides accommodation with a fitness centre, a terrace and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. Very good location which is quite near to subway station (less than 5 mins walk). Very nice and helpful staff. The room is better than I expected. Highly recommended to all tourists.

The breakfast was excellent; I much preferred the à la carte style over a buffet. It felt more elegant and comfortable, without the need to get up repeatedly for food. The room was cozy, with calming lighting that created a peaceful, restful atmosphere.
