Location is really central. There are nice beaches nearby, but the main large beaches are around 15 mins walk (This really goes for the whole downtown).

Pleasant and responsive owners. A large bottle of homemade olive oil was a very nice departure gift, thank you. The island of Cres and Lošinj are very beautiful, we will definitely come back.
