The staff is very kind and helpful . They assisted us with all our requests and respond to our messages promptly. Some names I remember are Ameer and Paula from the front office team, however every person we met was very kind and willing to assist us with everything. If I ever return to Budapest,I would book this hotel again with no second thought!! Thank you everyone for your kind service and for making our trip more comfortable and carefree!
