The hotel was beautiful and spacious with a good sized pool. We had lunch which was very good but left before breakfast. The staff were helpful but we were unable to check in early unless we paid extra which detracted from the hotel somewhat.

Sheraton Kota Kinabalu er et 5-stjernet overnatningssted der ligger i Kota Kinabalu, 6 minutters gang fra Filipino Market Sabah og 3,4 km fra Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village. I stayed at the Sheraton from 21–22 January and had a wonderful experience. Guests are welcomed with drinks upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. The hotel’s location is very strategic, offering easy access to everything I needed. The sunset at Skybar was stunning to watch!!! The room is clean and spacious with excellent city views and modern decor. A special shoutout to the reception staff, who were humble, friendly and genuinely helpful. They even went the extra mile to assist me with activating my Marriott membership, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again!
