We really love the hotel. all the staff is vwry kind and helpful especially the pool staff named mas Sugeng was super nice and friendly, he really took good care of us whenever we were at the pool

Centrally located, JW Marriott Hotel Medan offers accommodation with 55-inch LED TVs. It features an outdoor infinity pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, a spa and 6 dining options. Room was large and quiet with great bathroom and view of the city. Everything was comfortable. We found a welcome cake waiting for us along with a bowl of fruit. The breakfast is amazing - so many options to choose from. We had takeaway breakfast on our day of departure as we left early and this too was very good quality and quantity. The hotel is close to a large mall with lots of shopping options. Can highly recommend a stay at the Marriott Medan.
