Everything was amazing and perfect. Staff were exceptional Mr. Munish, Mr. Vikrant, Mr. Nikhil, Mr. Deepan and from the restaurant Mr. Narendra, and Chef Ramkrishan thank you for your exceptional service and such a delicious food. This is the best hotel in Shimla. I would recommend to everyone best view, quiet and peaceful. You can also travel along with your family. Will visit again.

Excellent staff, helpful and attentive. The games room closed for a wedding ceremony, but seeing my son's disappointed face, the staff broke off from their duties to set up the table tennis table especially for him. Desk staff and tourist adviser were knowledgeable and restaurant staff alert. The room was comfortable and the views from our balcony superb. The facilities (eg garden, pool, games room and gym) exceeded my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Compared with 5 star hotels in the are, this hotel offered superb value for money.

Outstanding location, ambience and the villas were beautiful Chef Madhusudan, Sonu, Akash and Arpan in restaurant took a lot of care of us. Mantu in front office and Shivkant in HK ensured we had the best time.

I loved the view from the rooftop, adding to the wonderful staff. Abhinav who takes care the property was courteous, so was kunal and the chef vipin. I like how friendly the environment is, makes it easy for travelers. I would highly recommend this property, alot of friends I made were from different parts of the world and they share the same experience.
