The property was professionally managed, very clean and fully equipped. Location was close to market (app. 400 m) and also beach (app. 600 m), at the same time it was away from crowd in a nice peaceful locality. Best part of the stay was the hospitality team ( Ms. Deepika, Mr. Vamshi/Rajendra/Uday/Mehboob/Bappa ....and more) which ensured a comfortable stay. There was never a No for any request. The closest besch was Candolim not Calangute but Calangute wasn't far either.

Sera the host went out of her ways to make us welcome. The place was spotless clean. Will never stay anywhere else in the area.

Safe area, even in the evening it is not scary to walk alone in the neighborhood outside the complex. The owner is very kind, ready to help with any question.
