Daniela was extremely kind and polite. she welcomed us in the square and guided us to the room. very clean, smelling room, modern facilities, and she kindly offered us the minibar free of charge, with water, soda and sparkling wine. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Capri!

The views are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious comfortable beautifully decorated. We got an upgrade to huge suite with a big terrace and a Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. Definitely going back and recommending to everybody.

Hotel Flora is located just a few steps from the Piazzetta shopping area in the heart of Capri Town. It offers an outdoor pool with panoramic views and free Wi-Fi.

All rooms at the Flora have a balcony with sea or garden views, together with private bathroom, cable TV and minibar. Some rooms also offer a spa bath. We had a room just above the pool, which had a lovely view and a nice balcony. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and snacks since our baggage hadn't arrived from the Ferry Port yet. Staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was PERFECT! So much variety - fresh fruits, juices, eggs, bacon, deli meats, cheeses. We are still thinking about the breakfast. Coffee is included even though they ask you for your room #. We wish we knew this, as we thought we were being billed for coffee. Location was GREAT - away from the main ferry port, but very close to the Natural Arch to walk/hike and explore, and be away from tourist/crowds.

Exceptional hospitality and customer care experience from the wonderful Owner and his Team.Villa Margarita Restaurant next to the hotel is definitely the best restaurant in Capri, where you can have not only a romantic atmosphere, great view but the meals out of this world with great wines pairing. Simple: we had one of the best fine dining experiences. Highly recommend!

Some rooms come with four-poster beds, others with private balconies. All have a fresh, Mediterranean style and terracotta floors. The bathrooms have marble sinks and ceramic tiles and many feature a hydromassage bathtub. What a time! We spent our 4th wedding anniversary and it was the best choice. Every evening live music. Breathtaking views. The owner is super kindly and helpful. And tomates the best i’ve ever eaten!!! We will back, i hope soon, Best regards Karolina & Piotr
