The hotel has wonderful rooms, the food was great, the service perfect.We had shuttle service to the dinner location, which was 15-20 minutes from our room, the driver picked us up on time and was very nice. Drinks in the room were free.

Beautiful gardens with Koi. Katushiro was so gracious and took great care of myself and friends. Will definitely stay again.

The hotspring facilities are all amazing. Especially, the private hotspring was quite comfortable and it was nice that they have several different options for it. Also, they have wide range of yukata which we can choose without paying any extra fee.
