Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Excellent service, staff were very helpful and kind. They have a shuttle service and it is great. Hotel is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Make sure you save some time to relax in front of the lake to appreciate the view. The food was also excellent.

The staff were friendly. The location was great. I managed to see Mount Fuji on the 7th floor!! What an amazing spot. The also offered private onsen on reservation for JPY 3,300 (50 mins max)

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Everything, from the front desk, staff, facilities in general, the upgrade room to president room and so on, also I would like to highlight here the special attention from Veronica, who took care the services in our breakfast and dinner, she was amazing!! Very polite and courteous with us.

We felt like royalty or rock stars! Our individual apartment comprised of two levels - a toilet on both levels and the most luxurious and high-tech bathroom on the main floor. The roof-top terrace was also gorgeous, and really well thought out and set up. We definitely needed and appreciated the umbrella so we could enjoy the gorgeous view of Mount Fuji as it greeted us each morning. The staff were outstanding from the initial meeting, and couldn't do enough for us. We loved the wine and goodies we were greeted with, and the bottles of cold water too. Do make use of the breakfasts - they are absolutely delicious - and get delivered to your door! Our only regret is that there was so much, we couldn't eat it all. Thanks for a fabulous stay - our next trip will consist of a week's stay rather than just two nights.

Je to krásné místo v blízkosti jezer, od kterých je krásný výhled na horu Fuji. Pokoj obrovský, moderní a čistý s vlastním onsenem. Velmi pohodlné místo. Večeře ala carte dokonalá, určitě stojí za to vč. degustace místního vína. Jen je škoda, že je potřeba rezervovat několik dnů předem. Pokud se ten den rozhodnete pro večeři, není to možné.

It was quite the trek to get to the property from Kyoto but it was definitely worth it. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated very well by the exceptional staff. The property is beautiful and was the perfect one day getaway to relax after spending a week constantly walking around Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima. I will never forget the view of Mt. Fuji from our private onsen or the delicious 8-course kaiseki. Be sure to arrive by the 2:30PM check-in as there is so much to do on the property. From a taiko drum show to a tea lounge, there’s something for everybody. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the very second we arrived we were treated like royalty by the entire staff, we had the most amazing hostess show us around the hotel and our room. The hotel is beautiful, very traditional but modern at the same time. Our room was amazing, incredibly clean, and with everything we could possibly need and of course our very own & relaxing private bath. There is a lot to do in the hotel itself besides the amazing onsen. The dinner was incredible and the breakfast was delicious as well with lots of options to choose from. This was our favorite stay during our trip to Japan, we really wish we could have stayed longer and cannot wait to be back. 10000000% recommend it!!!
