The services of a Hotel and the privacy of your own house, right in front of the beach with a direct access to it and private terrace. From having breakfast delivered to your own terrace overlooking the sea, to swimming before sunset when the beach is already empty,...all those little pleasures you can dream of for a family summer holiday. The beach was never overcrowded because there's not too much parking in the area so we got the benefit of already waking up there and having a beach practically for yourself (at the core of the summer). And our boys would just walk out to the beach on their own.
