The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, the territory is beautiful, calm, and thoughtfully designed. It’s one of those places you want to come back to — and proudly bring your friends to. A small note for future guests: during both days of our stay, all spa treatments were fully booked, so if you’re planning to use the spa, it’s definitely worth reserving in advance. That said, the shared spa areas — the sauna and the humid room — are accessible and very pleasant. Special thanks to the administrator Ilyas (sorry, I may have misheard the name) for the care and attention. You can really feel the enormous work and dedication behind this project. It’s deeply impressive and deserves great respect. Wishing the owners and the whole team all the best.

Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Very clean (and pretty much new). Amenities were nice too. Location is really good and while we were able to find a parking space outside, they have a special tariff in a nearby parking lot.
